Kirstie is a Health & Wellness Coach specializing in working with women in midlife to design the healthy lifestyle that works for them - and leads to lifelong weight loss. Kirstie is passionate about helping women thrive  in their "third act" of life. 
After gaining 30lbs in perimenopause and struggling to lose it, Kirstie learned that starving herself and doing excessive exercise was the worst thing she could do!
So she set out on a journey to find the best way to lose weight for a woman her age, and to get back to being the vibrant, energetic woman she had always been. 
That journey led her to gain her Health Coach and Personal Trainer certifications. Now she's turned her joy at finding the right way to lose weight in midlife into her mission to help other women like her achieve the same results.
